Gates open @ 8:00 am for cooking teams

GBPHC Chili Challenge Rules


All chili must be cooked on site

May prepare ingredients at home

Chili may contain beans or may be exotic

Please prepare at least 2 gallons

Must bring your own canopy, chairs, means of cooking chili, trash bags and fire extinguisher (be prepared for windy weather)

Decorations a plus

All tasting cups and spoons will be provided

Your assigned space is approx. 12×12

May bring own liquor, but set ups and beer are purchased on site

Nothing can be sold only donations accepted & all monies raised go to dog charity

Judges are not club members

Trophies 1st, 2nd & 3rd place chili, 1st place rum

Special trophies for Best Team Spirit, Most Money Raised and Peoples Choice Award for chili

You may have things to eat & drink for donations toward achieving  the trophies listed in #13


Free Admission…$5.00 Tasting Cups

Live Music…Raffles…Dog Adoptions
